For my brothers birthday I tried to get a little creative as the only thing he really wanted was 'just vanilla, please'.

It's what everyone needs!  A lemon cake with a strawberry-lemon curd center & Sweet Strawberry with a hint of lemon buttercream.  Top that off with a lemon head of course.

Please Sir, can I have S'more?

With the holiday weekend and summer right here, it's the perfect time for this sweet insanity. Layers of graham & chocolate cupcake with crunchy graham bits thrown in. Toss in a layer of chocolate ganache and top it all off with toasted marshmallow buttercream.

I had such a blast making these adorable cupcakes for my long time bff & her sister (the pregnant one) a couple weekends ago.  I am still in love with the birds nests and flowers!
